Koordenfabriek Van Houte nv is a production company of synthetic and natural fibre rope, established in 1976.
Exsil nv is operational since 1990 and specialized in manufacturing ropes for the marine and offshore industry.
Since May 2009 the companies are located in a recently acquired building in the industrial area of Dendermonde, near the ports of Antwerp and Rotterdam.
Both companies are complementary and together employ eighteen people. Quality and flexibility are our main objectives.
Quality is assured through our in-house management system and the ropes are verified by testing on our 300t pull test bench, witnessed on demand by independent control organizations such as Lloyd’s, BV, DNV, RINA etc.
